# Petulant Nature Pink 2025

**Description**  
A bright, small-batch Pet Nat made from Ortega with a touch of Regent. Bottled mid-fermentation to capture its natural sparkle, this is a vibrant and delicious fruit-driven wine.

**Winemaking**  
Whole bunches, gently pressed. Partially fermented in stainless steel with indigenous yeast and bottled before fermentation completed to capture fizz. Roughly hand disgorged. No SO₂ additions.

**Tasting Notes**  
Nose: Blackcurrant, raspberry, hedgerow fruits.  
Palate: Fizzy blackcurrant, red berries, boiled sweets, vine leaf.

**Food Match**  
A huge slice of margherita pizza, ideally in the sunshine.
