# Special Pink 2014

### Description

Our 2014 Special Pink is made using the rarer (& riskier) saignée method, where we allow a little time for our pinots to give the salmon pink colour to this sparkling rosé rather than just adding red wine.

Made mainly from Pinot Noir & Pinot Meunier, with a touch of Chardonnay to add complexity and finesse, before 30 months on its lees before disgorgement.

Pale salmon pink in colour, with a fine persistent mousse. A gentle red berry mineral nose gives way to a mouth filling, rounded pinot palate and a tangy strawberry finish.

Goes very well with smoked salmon, lobster and, of course, dark chocolate as a true indulgence!
