Description
A case of six of our still wines - Ortega, Double Pinot and Field.
Our very limited edition Field was made in 2020 from Pinot Meunier, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Fermented with wild yeasts and aged in old Burgundy barrels for 18 months after fermentation, this carmine wine has notes of blackcurrant and fresh rosemary.
Fermented in stainless steel, and at a slightly lower temperatures than those of a barrel ferment, our Ortega boasts precise floral aromas of honeysuckle, grapefruit and peach. Pairs perfectly with white meats and shellfish, and also great on its own.
We released our first Double Pinot this year - a wild yeast co-ferment made with a blend of Pinots Noir and Meunier. It's a juicy, fresh wine, which is best served lightly chilled. Redcurrants, strawberries and cherries on the nose with crunchy bright red fruit on the palate.
A blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, wild yeast ferment aged in old barrels for twelve months. With spice and blackcurrant on the nose, this is a perfect accompaniment for cosy winter evenings by the fire.
Fermented in stainless steel at slightly lower temperatures yields precise floral aromas of honeysuckle, grapefruit and peach.
2022 marks the release of our first double pinot - a wild yeast co-ferment made with a blend of Pinots Noir and Meunier. Redcurrants, strawberries and cherries on the nose with crunchy bright red fruit on the palate.
