Fermented in stainless steel at slightly lower temperatures yields precise floral aromas of honeysuckle, grapefruit and peach.
1 Bottle of Double Pinot 20222022 marks the release of our first double pinot - a wild yeast co-ferment made with a blend of Pinots Noir and Meunier.
1 Bottle of Naturally Petulant Pink 2022
Our Pink Pet Nat made from Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier & Pinot Noir grapes. Macerated on skins, partially fermented in stainless steel with indigenous yeasts.
