Our signature still. A delicate, precise Ortega showing tropical fruit on the nose and a herbal, saline finish. Crisp, aromatic and vibrant. Great Kentish seafood and also excellent on its own.
Winemaking
Fermented with a blend of wild and conventional yeasts in stainless steel at cool temperatures to retain freshness and purity of fruit.

Palate: Mandarin, melon, acacia honey with a flinty, saline lift
