Dosage: 8.5g/l
Blended: May 2020. 40% Pinot Noir 35% Pinot Meunier and 25% Chardonnay. Reserve wines from 2014 - 2018 make up 20% of the blend.
Nose: Yellow apple, pear, apricot
Palate: Ripe red apple, lemon sherbert
