A tribute to the jeopardy and emotional turmoil involved in making Pet Nat - a wine where getting the timing right can be the difference between the right amount of bubbles, no bubbles, or explosions.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eBacchus in Awe\u003c\/strong\u003e was created for Naturally Petulant, made from the very first harvest from the new vineyard planting at Birling Estate. After years of planning, planting and waiting, the first fruit was picked in September 2025 and made into this rose-gold Pet Nat at Westwell.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003ePrinted at A5 size and individually signed by the artist.
