Pelegrim NV is a traditional bottle-fermented sparkling wine that is made from Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay with reserve wines from previous vintages to give further complexity and a consistent extra dry non-vintage style. The wines are lees-aged in bottle for 36 months to give depth and biscuity aromas which only bottle-fermentation can deliver.
A bright, clean wine, made in the col fondo style. Col fondo involves the addition of sugar to a base wine, usually something with good deep base flavours which then re-ferments to gain a gentle spritz and is released with the lees still in bottle.
A traditional bottle-fermented sparkling wine that is made from Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay. The wines are lees-aged in bottle for 18 months to deliver a fresher, fruiter wine.
Westwell Blanc de Blancs 2013 has been produced using traditional bottle fermentation with Chardonnay grapes hand picked from our vineyard. The wine was bottled in the summer of 2014 and disgorged in June 2021. This extended lees ageing has added complexity and depth resulting in a wine with bright, elegant citrus, crisp vanilla pastry and the classic saline minerality of our top vineyard blocks.
A single ferment quartz pink fizz made with chardonnay, pinot meunier pinot noir grapes, wild yeasts and nothing else. Naturally low in alcohol and high in flavour.
