We’re delighted to announce a collaboration with off-grid local chefs and foragers Fire + Wild on Saturday, 24th August 2019.
Join us for a foraging walk and vineyard tour followed by a five course tasting menu made with hyper-seasonal dishes cooked over fire using wild food from the coast, sea and vineyard. Each course will be paired with a Westwell wine.
We'll start with a guided walk where you'll learn to safely identify some of the wild plants and fungi that grow here at Westwell. Later, we’ll head to Fire + Wild's nomadic kitchen amongst the vines and the feast will begin!
