Description
We’ve held back some of our favourite still wines to create this special celebratory six bottle pack. As well as three of our latest releases which reflect the 2020 harvest, there’s also two bottles of our classic Pelegrim NV traditional method sparkling and a bottle of our latest and extra special Blanc de Blancs 2013. Grown and produced on the North Downs in Kent, these six bottles are perfect for celebrating and a great introduction to our winemaking and terroir.
Westwell Blanc De Blancs 2013 has had 7 years on lees. This extended lees ageing has added complexity and depth resulting in a wine with bright, elegant citrus, crisp vanilla pastry and the classic saline minerality of our top vineyard blocks.
Our traditional bottle-fermented Pelegrim NV, made from the Chardonnay, Pinot Noir & Pinot Meunier with reserve wines from previous vintages for further complexity.
Our Summer Field Blend is made from Pinot Meunier, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Natural malolactic fermentation in May and bottled in June.
Fermented in stainless steel at slightly lower temperatures yields precise floral aromas of honeysuckle, grapefruit and peach.
Fermented in stainless steel tanks, for this Rose we’ve co-fermented with ripe Regent to add notes of bright red crunchy fruit.
