Contains two traditional method Chardonnays from 2013, showing the difference that dosage and time on lees makes. Also included is a bottle of Chardonnay 2022 - a bright textural wine, with apricot and white peach flavours that compliment a classic citrus and saline finish.

1x Blanc de Blancs 2013
produced using traditional bottle fermentation with Chardonnay grapes hand picked from our vineyard. The wine was bottled in the summer of 2014 and disgorged in June 2021. This extended lees ageing has added complexity and depth resulting in a wine with bright, elegant citrus, crisp vanilla pastry and the classic saline minerality of our top vineyard blocks.
1x Blanc de Blancs 2013 Zero Dosage
The Blanc de Blancs 2013 Zero Dosage is surprisingly clean, fresh and focussed. The characteristic buttery, pastry notes of aged Chardonnay are present, yet are well balanced.
1x Chardonnay 2022
A crisp, lean cuvée mainly in steel with just a little barrel ageing to add texture and weight. Whilst this is a bright textural wine, the mid-palate has some lovely apricot and white peach flavours that compliment the classic citrus and saline finish.
