Description
A traditional method sparkling wine made from Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. Fermented separately before blending, then aged on lees with the addition of reserve wine from 2013 and 2014 magnums for extra richness and depth. Notes of toast, brioche and hazelnut balance with fine bubbles, a savoury mid palate and Westwell's trademark salinity.
