A fruit-forward sparkling wine fermented with wild yeast. Bright, lively and aromatic.
Winemaking
Base wine blended from pressings of the 2023 Pinots and fermented in stainless steel. In 2024, Chardonnay must just beginning to ferment was added before bottling immediately. Bottled 4 November 2024.

Nose: Jasmine, candied peel
Palate: Green apple skin, lemon sherbet, salt
