Hello from Westwell

We’re a small, family-run estate winery set just beneath the Pilgrims Way on Kent’s North Downs; a site where history, creativity and terroir come together. With approximately 60 acres under vine - Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, Chardonnay, Regent and our signature grape Ortega, we produce a wide range of trophy-winning sparkling and still wines. From traditional method to pet nat, skin contact and amphora-aged wines, Westwell combines heritage with a spirit of experimentation.

Every bottle is made on site, from our own fruit, with minimal intervention and wild yeasts wherever possible. This approach has earned us awards for innovation in winemaking, and our wines are now poured in some of the UK’s most exciting restaurants, including Nomad, Noble Rot, the Galvin Group, Woodhead Group, Mountain, 67 Pall Mall, Wild Honey, Trinity and Brat.

At Westwell, art and land are deeply connected. Both with backgrounds in music, winemaker Adrian Pike brings an independent, innovative touch, while his wife’s Galia Pike’s intricate illustrations and design reflect the vineyard’s creative, DIY ethos.

Our philosophy is simple: plant well, respect the soil and make great, honest wines from brilliant fruit.

With our site becoming fully productive in the next two years, we’re excited to share Westwell beyond the UK and to explore new opportunities with international partners. Let’s chat!
