Loyalty Card Terms & Conditions
Westwell’s Loyalty Card Scheme rewards our returning visitors with a complimentary gift on their fifth visit. By participating in this scheme, you agree to the following terms:
- One stamp will be issued per visit to our vineyard shop or tasting room.
- On presentation of a completed card (with four valid stamps from previous visits- ie five visits in total), guests may choose one complimentary plate (subject to availability: charcuterie, cheese, or plant-based) and receive an A4 signed Westwell print.
- The loyalty card must be presented at the time of purchase to receive a stamp or to redeem a completed card.
- Complimentary plates must be consumed on-site at Westwell; they are not available for takeaway or delivery.
- Loyalty rewards are not redeemable for cash, exchange, or refund.
- Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced.
- This offer may not be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated.
- We reserve the right to modify or withdraw the Loyalty Card Scheme at any time without prior notice.
