1x Bottle of Wootton Top 2023 / 2024 - A fruit-forward sparkling wine, fermented using wild yeast
1x Bottle of Unnaturally Petulant Pink 2023 - A naturally sparkling pink made from pinot noir, pinot meunier, and chardonnay, roughly disgorged by hand.
1x Bottle of Little Bit 2023 - A little bit of pinot noir and pinot meunier, wild on the nose, with a savoury herbal finish with the mid palate showing the fruitiness of the vintage.
1x Bottle of Village Chardonnay 2023 - A simple, direct easy drinker with tonnes of orchard fruit; great with creamy fish or chicken dishes
1x Bottle of Ortega 2024 - Crisp, aromatic and vibrant - great with any pie, turkey or mushroom dishes
1x Bottle of New Rose 2023 - The second cut of juice, fermented in barrel using indigenous yeast, the wine was left for 10 months before blending and bottling with a small sulphur addition
