1x Bottle of Unnaturally Petulant Pink 2023
A naturally sparkling pink made from Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, and Chardonnay. This vintage ran a little wild, requiring a last-minute sugar and yeast addition before bottling. A touch of residual sugar accentuates the fruit. A hit at the cellar door. Roughly disgorged by hand.
Colour: Watermelon rind
Nose: Red apple, sour cherry
Palate: Raspberries, white peach, brown sugar
Food match: Chip shop chips, miso aubergine, anything from the sea
1x Bottle of Ortega Skin Contact 2023
An amber still wine made with extended skin contact and no additions. Rich, floral, and gently tannic, it offers a deeper, more savoury take on one of our absolute favourite varieties.
Nose: Apricot, honeysuckle, dried herbs
Palate: Subtle grip and structure, and a light saline edge, fresh acidity
1x Bottle of Little Bit (Pinkish) 2023
A low intervention pink made from the later pressings of Pinot Noir and Meunier, fermented wild and aged in stainless steel. Fresh, unfiltered, fruit-forward, and soft.
Notes: Wild strawberry, citrus peel, herbal lift.
