Description
Produced using traditional bottle fermentation with extended lees ageing, this blend of Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay has additional reserve wines from previous vintages to add complexity and depth. The result is a wine which is full of ripe fruit flavours and aromas of toasted vanilla brioche with a deliciously long finish.
For the label artwork, we've used images of prehistoric sea creatures called diatoms and coccoliths which make up the chalk in our soil - reflecting both our attention to detail and our pride in the Westwell terroir.
A truly standout wine which is limited to just 500 bottles.
