Nestled between seemingly endless days of driving rain, the sun sets on a dry evening for our last week of harvest. Harvest kicked off at the start of October with our Ortega and we finished with Chardonnay on the 25th. As we type, it’s fermenting slowly and gently in our chilled tanks. Amazing weather and a golden sunset with a dessert course by candlelight made for a truly incredible event. We’re really delighted to have been included as one of the first wines in Josh’s Wine List. The Wine List aims to be a new way to learn about wine.
